Cooperation between the authority for social and legal protection of children and primary schools in the education of socially disadvantaged pupils

The diploma thesis focuses on the collaboration between primary schools and the authority for social and legal protection of children in educating socially disadvantaged pupils. The theoretical part discusses the challenges faced by socially disadvantaged individuals, not only in school and family environments but also in the context of cooperation between elementary schools and social-legal protection authorities, especially in difficult situations. The practical part includes qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers, representing the schools, and social workers, representing the authority of social-legal protection of children, These interviews were analyzed using open coding for content analysis. The thesis aims to describe the cooperation between child protection bodies and primary schools, not just in addressing challenging situations involving socially disadvantaged pupils, but also to identify the challenges in this cooperation and suggest possible improvements. The collaboration usually occurs through telephone communication and educational committees. A major hurdle identified is the lack of feedback from schools, which hinders the effectiveness of the child protection authority. Specificity of education social disadvantaged child

TITLE: Specificity of education social disadvantaged child SUMMARY: This thesis deals with familiarity and experience of teachers and the principal of special education stream with the integration of socially disadvantaged pupils. The work deals with the reputation of so-called "Common Education" in the professional community of teachers, special education teachers and other educational staff. It also deals with experienced teachers with the integration of these pupils. It also dedicates level of awareness about who is a disciple of underprivileged knowledge and methods that can help this integration. Finally, the work deals with the familiarity of an amendment to the Education Act no. 82/2015 and knowledge of individual impacts on working with the student. Furthermore, the work deals with the degree of acceptance of compulsory attendance in the final year of nursery school and the abolition of preparatory classes. Also, the work deals with the possibilities that offers teachers plan educational support. This thesis is focused on an education of students with different mother language (OMJ) at the first degree of primary school. It's consist of two parts. The terms specified in the theoretical part are related to student OMJ, influence of foreigners in Czech republic. This part is also focused on educating student with OMJ at Czech primary schools. The practical part of thesis describes research which was implemented in various schools. Qualitative part of this research was made on sample of five students with different mother language, who each visits different primary school. The goal of the whole research was the obtain data about education of students and also the way the teachers works with their language goals of teaching.
